Accommodation
prices
Apartments are fully
furnished. Prices include bed linen, towels, dishes and cable TV.
Rent price depends on
number of persons, duration of stay and season.
Stay less than 3 nights is
subject to a higher rate.
A discount starting from 1
week stay.
Payments
If client has chosen
apartment and wish to book it then it is necessary to pay reservation deposit
which is the part of the rent. Amount of deposit depends on number of persons
and varies from 50 up to 150 EUR.
Reservation
deposit is possible to pay by bank transfer or throw Pay Pal system. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they
prefer, including through credit cards and bank accounts.
Rent payment client pays
in cash in Euro or Lats /according the rate of the Bank of Latvia/ at
arrival.
Refundable guarantee key
and security deposit in amount of EUR 50-100 depending on number of persons
client pays at arrival as well. This deposit client receives back at
the end of the stay. We change deposit to keys.
Minimal fee for lost or stolen
keys starts from amount of EUR 50, depending on type of locks.
Availability
If the choosen apartment
is not available for the mentioned period we offer other similar
apartments. There are more apartments on market than client can see on our
website.
Availability of reserved apartment is subject to
change with a notice in advance in case of problems with normal apartment
rental services (unexpected accidents, interruptions in public utilities beyond the APARTA
Ltd control)
Check-in
and check-out
Standard check - in starting
from 14:00 till 18:00. Early check - in possible if apartment is
available and clean.
Standard check - out from
09:00 till 12:00. Late check - out possible if no next customer
arriving on the same day.
Arrivals before 09:00 and
departures after 18:00 are subjects to discussion.
Transfer
One way airport transfer
available for EUR 15 up to 4 persons, EUR 20 for 5 persons, EUR 25 for 6
persons, EUR 30 for 7 persons in one car.
Driver with a poster with
clients name meet client at the airport and get to the apartment.
Return transfer available
at the same prices.
Responsibilities
APARTA Ltd undertakes to rent reserved
apartments clean, prepared and ready for normal living.
Client ought to cover all loses, damages failures
and repair costs through clients fault.
Client is to leave
apartment in reasonable condition without excessive trash and clutter.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing by FAX or
e-mail aparta@aparta.lv 30 days before arrival date.
In this case 50% from reservation deposit will be
returned or transferred to another date.
If cancellation made less then 30 days before -
deposit doesn’t be returned, and reservation date don't be transferred.
Cancellations are NOT complete until we reply back and confirm the
cancellation.
Emails and Faxes can be lost during sending.
The
responsibility is with the renter to make sure that a cancellation is
confirmed back in writing.
APARTA LTD reserves the right in especial cases to
change reserved apartment to equivalent.
